Complete Integrative Care is pleased to announce that as of November 1st, Joel Klein, MD, Debi Robbins, PA, Susan Preslar, MS, FNP-C, and Jill Henry, PA-C will officially become part of our Complete Care family. We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our practice and to thank you for your trust and confidence as you continue on your journey toward a healthier you.
Complete Care began its professional practice in 2006. Its growth over the past 10 years has been predominantly internal, stemming from the referrals of our satisfied patients as well as those of other health care providers. The growth and development of our professional staff has evolved in a similar manner. We have attracted high-quality, committed professionals and invested in their training, development and growth. As a result of those efforts, we have experienced good growth over the past several years. This has been in no small way directly related to the success our patients have had in their health goals and personal pursuits.
Complete Care is excited to have the skills and expertise of Dr. Klein, Debi, Jill and Susan join our team because we believe that they share our core values as well as our desire to provide quality healthcare beyond any reasonable expectation!
What This Means for You:
- You are now a part of the Complete Care family!
- Your current and future appointments will remain in-tact as the schedules for these 4 providers will be assumed by Complete Care.
- There is no need to have your records released because Complete Care is the custodian of record. Your provider can continue to access all past notes, labs and imaging.
- You can continue to have your lab draws done in our facility for your convenience.
- The providers will continue to have the same insurance networks and coverage that they currently do.

Q: Where do I go for my appointments?
A: If you are scheduled with Dr Klein, Debi Robbins, Susan Preslar, or Jill Henry, you will simply be checking in at our new facility which is located directly next door to where you previously saw your provider. Our new address is 3144 State Street Medford, OR 97504. However, moving forward you will experience the Complete Care difference which strives for an amazing patient experience including impeccable customer service.
Q: What if I am not a patient of one of your providers?
A.1: If you would like to establish care with one of our providers, we would love to take care of you! Click here for more information on how to become a patient.
A.2 If you would like us to send your records to another provider, we would be happy to do so. Simply fill out the following form and submit it to ___________.
Q: What if I need a prescription refill?
A.1: If you are an established patient of one of our providers, then you can simply call your pharmacy and ask them to request a refill of your prescription.
A.2 If you are not an established patient of one of our providers, you would simply schedule your first appointment. Once you have been established care our providers would be able to manage your prescriptions.
