Michelle Kitchen is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and one of only four Menopause Society Certified Practitioners in Medford, Oregon. She graduated with honors from Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois, and is certified through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a proud member of Sigma Theta Tau, the international honor society of nursing.

Michelle is passionate about forming meaningful partnerships with her patients and takes a root-cause approach to care looking beyond symptoms to uncover underlying imbalances. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, she has specialized expertise in caring for women through the menopause transition and is dedicated to providing evidence-based, individualized care that supports women’s health and well-being at every stage of life. Her clinical interests include menopause and hormone health, women’s health, cardiovascular wellness, and evidence-based primary care.

Michelle is committed to helping her patients achieve long-term wellness and longevity, empowering them to feel their best and thrive in everyday life.

Since relocating to Southern Oregon in 2020, Michelle has embraced the region’s natural beauty. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and spending time at the coast.
