Your Experience at Our Clinics
Upon entering one of our offices, our receptionists will welcome you as a member of our family. For the sake of your time, we will have already asked you to complete your new patient registration online at the time we scheduled your appointment. If for any reason you were unable to do this, we will request that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to make sure you have ample time to complete this information so that we can best assist you. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.
Next, you will have a consultation with one of our qualified providers to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for our health care professionals to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how Complete Care can meet your goals.
After your consultation and depending on the type of provider and services you are seeing, we will perform a complete examination. If you are seeing one of our chiropractic physicians, the exam could include standard neurological, orthopedic, postural, and physical tests. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent. If you are seeing one of our primary care clinicians, depending on if the visit is for preventative purposes and general care or addressing a specific diagnosis or concern, your visit could include a heart exam, lung exam, head and neck exam, abdominal exam, neurological exam, dermatological exam, extremity exam and/or breast, cervical or prostate exam.
Laboratory and Imaging
Depending on your specific condition, with your consent, we may do imaging such as x-rays and/or do a laboratory draw. These in-house services help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you and guide us in your path to optimal health.
Once the information is collected and examinations are performed, you will be given a detailed consultation called a report of all findings and we will answer the following questions:
- How can you help me?
- How often do I need to come in?
- What other services may be needed and what is the next step?
Supplementation and Vitality Success Program
Prior to leaving, your health care provider may suggest specific supplements tailored to your needs as well as our Vitality Success Program. Our Vitality Success Program was designed to allow you to have a skilled coach that works as an extension of your healthcare provider to create a customized plan for you to aid in reducing inflammation, providing practical ways to work towards optimal health, reduce and/or eliminate medication and reverse chronic disease when applicable.
Upon check-in, our team will confirm you have all your questions answered, schedule any noted follow-up and make sure all is in place for appropriate insurance billing and/or time of service collection.
