Jeff grew up in rural upstate New York and earned his first Bachelor’s degree before heading west to Salt Lake City, UT, in search of new opportunities. There, he spent his winters working at a ski resort and summers as a river guide. It was in Utah that he met his wife, a native of the Applegate Valley. While they loved the outdoor recreation Utah had to offer, they longed for a slower pace and a stronger sense of community, leading them to settle in the Rogue Valley.
Jeff continued his education in Oregon, pursuing a career in nursing. He spent 13 years as a bedside nurse before becoming a family nurse practitioner. His years of hands-on patient care reinforced the importance of truly listening to patients and addressing the root causes of illness. He is passionate about helping people optimize their health, integrating both conventional and more natural approaches to support longevity and overall wellness. Jeff is committed to serving the local community by empowering patients with the tools and knowledge to take control of their health and improve their quality of life.
